Job Description

The Revenue Administrator supports the Revenue team by ensuring accurate handling of contracts, commercial rates, and billing data. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in finance or operations within the fast-paced online gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update commercial rate cards and contract data in internal systems.
  • Assist with preparing billing schedules and ensuring invoices are generated accurately and on time.
  • Review contracts to extract key financial and commercial terms for invoicing purposes.
  • Support the reconciliation of reported revenues with invoices issued.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Commercial, Finance, Operations) to resolve queries regarding rates, contracts, and invoices.
  • Support audits and revenue reporting by maintaining proper records and documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in revenue operations.

Qualifications

  • Interest in the iGaming / online casino industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and financial systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a revenue-focused role.
