About the role
This role sits within the Reward team as part of the broader People Department function. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will be working alongside two other Reward professionals. supporting the business with the design and implementation and delivery of innovative Reward programs and processes that drive performance, attract top talent, and support our evolving business strategy.
Responsibilities will include:
Design & Deliver: Build and implement reward programs that are modern, competitive, and aligned with our goals
Analyse & Recommend: Use data and market insights to guide decisions and shape strategy including job design, job analysis/evaluations, and remuneration benchmarking
Research & Innovate: Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh thinking to how we reward and engage our people
Advise & Influence: Be the go-to expert for remuneration, benefits, and recognition—supporting People Partners, leaders, and employees
About you:
Experience in remuneration related discipline including practical experience of benchmarking, job evaluation, and career frameworks design
Proven experience supporting and delivering key cyclical processes including the annual remuneration review, and salary survey submissions
Ability to work as a team to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Confidence and ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels internal and external to the business
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data
Experience designing, presenting and delivering innovative initiatives that contribute to the achievement of the Bank's objectives.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, or a related field—or equivalent experience
