Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST) is the market leader in spinal implants, robotics, and navigation. We are redefining cranial and spinal procedures to reduce variability and improve outcomes with the goal of restoring long-term quality of life for more patients. We are the first company to offer an integrated solution that includes artificial intelligence-driven surgical planning, personalized spinal implants, and robotic-assisted surgical delivery to make patient care more customized.

As Sales Analyst you will report directly into the Senior Director – Cranial & Spinal Technologies for Australia and New Zealand region. In this highly visible role, you will leverage sales data, market intelligence, and business insights to help optimize performance, guide strategic initiatives, and support a high-performing sales organization

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:   

  • Performs in-depth customer and product reporting and analysis, working with marketing and global regions to provide data to field teams.

  • Works with the OU leadership to develop account planning tools

  • Supports OU Marketing teams with product forecasting

  • Develops assets/systems efficiency metrics; performs customer level ROI analyses

  • Instructs sales, marketing managers, field area managers, and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information.

  • May administer the field sales forecasting system, which provides management with current product sales potential.

 

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 2 years relevant sales or commercial analyst experience.

  • Advanced level proficiency in Excel and MS Office Applications.

  • Knowledge of PowerBI and Data Modelling techniques

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders
