About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Practice Management Sales team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

You'll be joining the Practice Management Sales team, working closely with the General Manager, and the wider Sales team to deliver a seamless experience for Genie and Gentu customers.

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our sales operation, serving as the first point of contact for new and existing customers while providing essential support to our Practice Management Sales team. You'll play a pivotal role in creating positive customer experiences, managing inbound enquiries, supporting license purchases, maintaining CRM data integrity, and ensuring sales activities run smoothly and efficiently.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes to help customers and sales teams succeed.

What you'll be doing:
  • Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering an exceptional experience via phone and email.

  • Supporting customers with licensing, purchasing requests and general sales enquiries.

  • Providing administrative and coordination support to the Practice Management Sales team.

  • Maintaining accurate customer and opportunity information within Salesforce.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Preparing sales reports, documentation and presentations to support business success.

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, customer communications and team efficiency

About You

You're an organised and proactive professional who thrives in a customer-focused environment. You enjoy helping others, juggling multiple priorities, and ensuring every customer interaction is positive and professional.

You’ll bring:

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual who combines strong organisational skills with a passion for customer service and teamwork.

You'll ideally have:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Customer Service or similar customer-facing administrative role

  • Experience providing administrative support within a sales, commercial or customer-focused environment

  • Experience managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation

  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, or the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams

Bonus points if you have experience within healthcare, medical technology or health services, although this isn't essential.
