We're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing Sydney-based team. This is an opportunity to develop your enterprise sales skills, work alongside experienced Business Development Managers, and build a clear pathway towards a future Business Development career.

You'll join a high-performing and collaborative Business Development team that consistently delivers results while supporting each other's growth and development. About the Role

As an SDR, you'll be the first point of engagement in the sales cycle, helping organisations identify solutions to their compliance and regulatory challenges.

Working closely with a team of Business Development Managers, you'll generate qualified opportunities through a combination of marketing-generated leads and strategic outbound prospecting. You'll engage decision-makers across a broad range of industries including healthcare, education, insurance, technology, mining and more.

This role is ideal for a sales professional looking to sharpen their prospecting skills, gain exposure to enterprise-level sales, and build a long-term career in a growing, future-focused business where you would naturally step into a Business Development role within 12–18 months. 

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Engage senior stakeholders via calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Identify opportunities by understanding compliance, risk, and regulatory challenges
  • Run targeted prospecting campaigns across multiple industries and market segments
  • Qualify leads and generate high-quality meetings for the BDM team
  • Keep CRM data accurate and actionable
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to build a strong pipeline 
What We’re Looking For
  • 1-2 years' experience in Sales, SDR, BDR, Outbound Sales, Phone Sales or Appointment-Setting role
  • Previous B2B sales experience
  • Confidence engaging decision-makers and navigating gatekeepers
  • High levels of energy
  • Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
  • Competitive, resilient, and driven by targets
  • Curious and coachable, with a willingness to learn quickly
  • Ambition to build a career in sales—not just do a job
