As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for small business owners looking to take the next step in their growth journey. Every conversation is an opportunity to make a real impact. You'll engage with prospective, existing and former customers across phone, email and SMS, understanding their goals, uncovering opportunities and connecting them with the right funding solutions to help their business thrive.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a customer service, sales or contact centre environment, with phone-based experience preferred but not essential.
  • Confidence communicating with customers across phone, email and SMS.
  • A track record of achieving goals, targets or delivering strong customer outcomes.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and uncover customer needs.
  • A genuine passion for helping small businesses succeed.
