Why Join Us?

ClickView is a video platform for K-12 schools. Think YouTube meets Netflix, designed for teachers and students.

We're a fast-moving, innovative team, with HQ in Australia, offices across London, New York, Northern Ireland, South Carolina and taking on the world. Just in the last year we launched in two new countries and acquired two video platforms. TIME named us one of the world's top 30 EdTech companies, alongside edtech’s like Duolingo.

We're based in Sydney, two to three days a week in our Pyrmont office on a wharf on the harbour. The rest of the week, wherever you want to be.

The role:

You'll join our AU Sales team as a passionate SDR, driving new business by reaching out to schools across Australia, understanding their needs, and introducing them to ClickView. You'll work alongside experienced Business Development Managers, with a clear, defined path to step into an BDM role yourself as you build pipeline and hit your numbers.

This is a high-volume outbound role, involving calls, email, and LinkedIn, day in day out. We're looking for someone who's already sharpened these skills elsewhere and wants to bring that craft to a fast-growing team, with strong earning potential and a genuine next step mapped out.

We're looking for someone who's curious about customer challenges, motivated to keep improving their numbers, and brings initiative and ownership to a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Proactively prospecting schools through high-volume outbound activity - calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach, day in day out
  • Identifying and engaging potential customers aligned to our target market
  • Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and challenges
  • Testing and refining messaging to improve conversion rates
  • Booking product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing to improve outreach strategies
  • Maintaining accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in an SDR role, within the SaaS/ Tech space
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and outreach tools (we use Outreach)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging new people
  • A proactive, resilient mindset and a track record of hitting targets in a high-volume outbound environment
  • Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and work towards targets
  • Genuine interest in education, or curiosity about how schools work

Benefits:

  • Uncapped commission with strong earning potential 💰
  • Flexible working arrangements + hybrid setup 🏠
  • Work from anywhere for up to 100 days per year 🌏
  • Learning & development budget + clear career progression pathways 🥇
  • Extra paid wellbeing and volunteering leave 🚴
  • Generous parental leave (16 weeks full pay) 🚼
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture with regular socials 🥂
