The role:

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our AU Sales team. You’ll focus on generating new business opportunities by engaging schools, understanding their needs, and introducing them to ClickView. Working closely with our Sales team, you'll play a key role in building pipeline and driving growth.

We’re looking for someone eager to build a career in sales, who brings energy, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership. You’re curious about customer challenges, motivated to hit targets and improve your performance over time. You take initiative, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Proactively prospecting schools through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identifying and engaging potential customers aligned to our target market
  • Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and challenges
  • Booking product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Maintaining accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing to improve outreach strategies
  • Testing and refining messaging to improve conversion rates

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging new people
  • A proactive, resilient mindset and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and work towards targets
  • Interest in building a long-term career in sales
