Sales Development Representative - ANZ

About The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will partner closely with your Sydney based SDR Manager, Account Executives, Marketing, and GTM strategy specialist to generate qualified pipeline across both existing and new business in the mid-market and enterprise segments.

This role combines inbound qualification with a strong outbound focus, helping us drive strategic growth across APAC.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound requests from prospects exploring monday.com
  • Proactively target strategic accounts and drive outbound-sourced pipeline
  • Develop strong points of view tailored to senior stakeholders
  • Qualify opportunities using our MEDDPICC methodology
  • Multi-thread across accounts and identify cross-sell opportunities across our product suite
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise pipeline generation
  • Maintain high-quality activity levels and consistently exceed KPIs
  • Analyse performance metrics to continuously improve SQLs, opportunities, pipeline, and ARR contribution
  • Effectively manage pipeline and nurture unconverted leads

This role is central to our revenue engine — your impact will be visible and measurable.

Career Growth: 12–18 Month Promotion Path

This role is designed as a launchpad into long-term commercial leadership.

High performers typically progress within 12–18 months into:

  • Senior SDR
  • SMB Account Executive roles
  • Enterprise or Strategic segments

Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience (SaaS preferred but not required)
  • Strong outbound calling confidence
  • Experience exceeding KPIs and activity targets
  • Ability to engage and influence C-suite and stakeholders
  • Curious, coachable mindset with ambition to advance your sales career
  • Data-driven approach to messaging and prospect engagement
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
