The Sales Effectiveness Analyst is a pivotal role dedicated to driving outbound revenue growth through end-to-end sales campaign management, process optimisation, and analytics. You will act as a strategic conduit between Sales Management, Sales Segment and Specialist teams, Operations and Product to ensure high-impact campaign execution and best-practice use of Salesforce. What you’ll do

  • Manage End-to-End Campaigns: Develop and roll out quarterly campaign frameworks, supporting collateral, and value proposition scripting.

  • Drive Execution: Coordinate with Sales Leaders and Account Managers to influence participation and track KPI performance against targets.

  • Optimise Sales Processes: Serve as the SME for customer-related sales processes, maintaining comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials.

  • Salesforce Stewardship: Champion best-practice usage of Salesforce to ensure accurate account maintenance, pipeline management, and data hygiene.

  • Insightful Reporting: Deliver weekly productivity reporting and assist in the transition of operational scorecards from Google Sheets to Tableau dashboards.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product and Customer Readiness teams to manage awareness of product changes, migrations, and discontinuations.

  • Market Analysis: Analyse customer behavior and usage trends to identify growth opportunities and emerging market trends.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement solutions to enhance sales tools and operational efficiency.

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).

  • Advanced working knowledge of spreadsheet tools, specifically Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Demonstrated experience using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for business collaboration.

  • Proven experience interacting with and presenting results to stakeholders across various business levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide detailed analysis and accurate results within tight, time-sensitive frameworks.

  • Experience working independently to evaluate and report on complex campaign-related data.

What could set you apart

  • Exposure to Tableau or similar data visualization tools for building automated dashboards.

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce functionality, specifically regarding Opportunity management and fulfillment tracking.

  • Previous experience in a dedicated sales operations or campaign management role within a B2B environment.

  • A proven track record of adapting to rapidly changing business priorities and evolving product offerings.
