The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging sales professional to join a strategic growth initiative backed by two market-leading organisations. Working across the InfoTrack and Lotsearch partnership, you will help grow awareness, drive product adoption and build lasting relationships with law firms, conveyancers and property professionals.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities across law firms and conveyancing practices, managing sales opportunities from initial contact through to conversion.
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive Lotsearch product adoption within existing InfoTrack client workflows.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and opportunities through CRM systems, achieving agreed sales, activity and revenue targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions and client presentations to educate clients on the value of environmental and planning due diligence.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and encourage ongoing product usage, responding to enquiries and coordinating support with internal teams.
  • Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities, supporting webinars and market awareness initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline performance, market feedback and competitor insights to inform product and marketing strategy.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • 1–3 years' experience in sales, business development, account management or a
  • customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence presenting to clients both
  • in person and virtually.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, positive attitude and strong organisational and time management
  • skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Exposure to legal, property, conveyancing, professional services or SaaS industries is highly regarded but not essential.
