About Ofload

Freight moves everything. Your groceries, your furniture, the parts that keep factories running. And yet the industry that makes it all happen is still fragmented, opaque, and wildly inefficient. One in three trucks on Australian roads right now is driving empty.

Ofload is FreightTech — we're at the forefront of transforming a $76 billion industry into the digital world using technology, data, and a genuine obsession with doing things better. We connect shippers with smaller, highly efficient transport operators, cutting empty miles, improving visibility, and building supply chains that actually make sense. We're a certified B Corp, which means we're held accountable to the highest standards of social and environmental performance — not just when it suits us, but every three years when we have to earn it again.

We've raised over $100M from investors who backed Canva, Revolut, and HelloFresh. We've been ranked #1 by Deloitte for sustainability, #2 in AFR BOSS Best Places to Work, and in the Fast50 three years running.
But honestly? The thing we're most proud of is the team we've built and where we're headed.
About the role:

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves sales, moves fast and wants to build their career in a scaling Australian tech business. You might already be working in telesales, inside sales, fuel, payments, logistics, freight, fleet services or another high-volume B2B environment — whether here in Australia or previously abroad
Your focus will be simple: turn interest into customers.
You’ll convert inbound leads from first conversation through to activation. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll own your pipeline, build strong customer relationships and have plenty of opportunity to grow as the business scales.
What we’re looking for

  • You don’t need to come from freight to succeed here. We’re looking for people with the drive, resilience and commercial instinct to sell.
  • You’ll likely have experience in a high-energy sales environment such as inside sales, telesales, SaaS, payments, financial services, logistics, fuel, fleet or another B2B product-led business.
  • You’ll enjoy speaking with customers, picking up the phone, working towards targets and seeing your results directly impact the growth of the business.
  • Most importantly, you’ll be excited by the opportunity to join a scaling company where there is plenty to build, learn and grow.

Recently moved to Australia? We’d love to hear from candidates who have built their sales experience in markets such as the UK & Europe and are now looking to continue their career in Australia.
You’ll need to hold current working rights in Australia for this role.
Why join us?
You’ll be joining a business that is growing quickly and changing an enormous industry. You’ll have real ownership from day one, exposure to different products and customers, and the opportunity to build your career as we scale.
If you’re ambitious, commercially minded and looking for somewhere you can make an impact rather than just fill a seat, we’d love to hear from you.

Who we are

We're a values-led team with a flat, collaborative culture. We're builders — we move fast, take ownership, and make a real impact. No two days are the same, and we give people the space to actually make a difference.

  • Bring the energy — Show up for the work and the team
  • Take the wheel — We see it, we own it, we fix it
  • Think out loud — Say the thought, even without the answer
  • No ego, no politics — Humans who care about the mission and each other
  • Make it fun — We make the moments matter

More than a job

  • Hybrid working arrangements
  • $500 personal learning and development budget
  • Additional leave for volunteering, personal milestones, and celebrations
  • Annual Summer Camp offsite
