Build and lead a high-performing sales team while personally sourcing and closing new business. Set sales strategy, establish team and individual OKRs, manage pipeline forecasting, coach BDMs, lead strategic client relationships, collaborate on go-to-market initiatives, represent the company at industry events, and adapt plans based on market and competitor trends.

Prospect and win new logistics customers across Australia by sourcing leads, developing tailored freight solutions, building pitches, attending industry events, negotiating contracts, and maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline. The role focuses on new-logo acquisition rather than account management and involves close collaboration with Commercial and sales leadership.

Lead and improve the finance function: manage month- and year-end close, consolidated AASB/IFRS reporting, controls, audits, tax and treasury. Oversee NetSuite implementation, drive technical accounting (revenue, leases, capitalised development), support M&A due diligence and integration, and manage a Sydney-based finance team to build IPO-ready processes and scalable finance operations.

Lead Ofload's finance function and partner with CEO, Executive Team and Board to drive IPO readiness, capital raising, M&A, post-merger integration, finance transformation, governance, and commercial performance. Build an institutional-grade finance organisation, strengthen board reporting and investor relationships, and mentor a high-performing finance team to support strategic exits and long-term value creation.
