Convert inbound leads into customers from first conversation through activation. Own the sales pipeline, build customer relationships, make outbound calls, work toward targets, and contribute directly to business growth in a fast-paced B2B FreightTech environment.

The Commercial Analyst manages issues and claims, identifies revenue leakage, protects margins, and improves pricing and commercial processes. They partner with Finance, Operations, Product, and Sales to resolve disputes, migrate manual workflows onto the platform, improve rate cards and invoicing, and provide insights for pricing negotiations. The role requires strong spreadsheet modeling, process improvement, cross-functional influence, and commercial ownership in a high-growth environment.

Own a portfolio of strategic and enterprise customers, driving retention, margin, pricing, contract strategy, tenders, renewals, and negotiations. Build executive-level relationships across operations, procurement, finance, and supply chain. Analyze lane-level cost-to-serve, address margin leakage, lead strategic business reviews, resolve systemic issues, and mentor customer success managers. The role requires strong commercial ownership, analytical communication, and experience growing share of wallet while mitigating churn.
