About Sales Executive the  role...

As a Sales Executive, you’ll become a trusted advisor to small and medium-sized hotel owners, supporting them in discovering how our solutions can make a meaningful difference in their operations and guest experiences. We’re committed to helping you succeed. That’s why we offer a comprehensive onboarding experience, including a month-long training program that covers our products, industry, and sales process. You’ll be supported every step of the way by a dedicated sales coach, a buddy to help you settle in, and a team leader who’s there to mentor and motivate you as you work toward your goals.

What you'll do:

  • Building lasting relationships – Connect with hotel owners to create new business opportunities and enhance existing partnerships through thoughtful upselling.

  • Working toward shared goals – Collaborate with your team to meet key sales targets, helping both new and current clients succeed with SiteMinder solutions.

  • Presenting with confidence and care – Develop well-considered proposals and communicate them in a way that’s clear, respectful, and aligned with the client’s values.

  • Staying organized and responsive – Maintain accurate records of your progress using SiteMinder’s CRM, ensuring a smooth transition for clients from sales to onboarding.

  • Listening and learning – Share client feedback with our Product Team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and client-centered innovation.

What we need from you:

  • Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales

  • A warm, confident phone presence, and the ability to lead conversations while listening actively and empathetically

  • Clear and professional communication skills

  • A collaborative, proactive attitude with the resilience to adapt and thrive

  • A growth mindset — you’re open to learning, feedback, and supporting others while growing your own career
