Job Description

We are seeking a commercially minded technology leader with strong consulting, client engagement and business development capabilities to help grow our Communications, Media & Telecommunications portfolio.

 

This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone with a strong technology and delivery background who can engage credibly with senior client stakeholders, shape solutions, supervise strategic engagements and build trusted long-term partnerships — not simply sell services.

 

The successful candidate will combine technical understanding, leadership capability and commercial acumen to identify opportunities, guide complex engagements and drive meaningful business outcomes for clients.

 

  • Building and growing strategic client relationships across the CMT sector
  • Identifying and developing complex transformation opportunities across cloud, data, AI, digital and modernisation initiatives
  • Engaging with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and shape technology-led solutions
  • Working closely with delivery, practice and regional teams to ensure solutions are achievable, commercially sound and aligned to customer outcomes
  • Supervising and supporting strategic engagements from opportunity through to successful delivery
  • Growing existing accounts while identifying and securing net new business opportunities
  • Representing NCS at industry events, executive forums and client engagements
  • Contributing thought leadership and market insights across the Telco industry

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in technology consulting, enterprise sales or strategic client leadership within the CMT sector
  • A strong technical foundation with the ability to engage credibly across business and technology discussions
  • Experience managing large enterprise stakeholders and complex engagements
  • Strong commercial, financial and business acumen
  • Leadership capability with the ability to collaborate across matrixed teams
  • A consultative approach focused on client outcomes rather than transactional sales
  • Experience within professional services, systems integration or technology consulting environments
