Job Description
The Opportunity
We, at Flywire, are seeking a Sales Manager to help drive our business in Australia and New Zealand. Flywire is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team. This position is accountable for the full sales cycle from the very beginning to getting each new client onboarded, pursuing new businesses and opportunities to effectively acquire, drive, and profitably grow our client base across the ANZA region. This person will convert client conversations into qualified, developed, proposed, and closed sales opportunities.

  • Focus on strategic, education account development, covering both the tertiary and K-12 market
  • Work autonomously to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Investigate problems for clients by tailoring plans to address their needs, covering all aspects from recruitment and admissions through to payments.
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of the product offering and our unique value proposition to help clients in all aspects of the education business flow - recruitment, applications, admissions and payments.
  • Develop a deep understanding of all Flywire's offerings and how they integrate with our admissions product StudyLink to meet client needs.
  • Work with internal teams to engage audiences
  • Develop business strategies for each market with differing market penetration and products.


The role will report to the Director, Sales & Client Services - ANZ.
Qualifications
Here's What We're Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in international education field
  • Working experience selling to the Education industry will be highly regarded. (Experience in Payments or Banking industry will be advantageous)
  • Experience working in higher education recruitment and admissions environments, including exposure to the education agent channel
  • Experience in sourcing new prospects and turning them into clients - include lead generation, account development, email and phone campaigns, and business events.
  • Willingness to travel (25-50% of the time) for business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A sales professional who enjoys the challenge of sales and is driven by self-improvement
