Sales Manager, APAC (Confirmation)

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success for our Thomson Reuter's product, Confirmation. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets by training, coaching, recruiting, and overseeing the activities of the sales team to generate revenue for the company. This will involve developing sales strategies, setting goals, managing the sales pipeline, and analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.

About the Role
 

In this opportunity as a Sales Manager, you will:

  • Develop and Execute a Sales Strategy: Drive business revenue through strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Set Sales Targets: Establish sales goals for the team and individual representatives.
  • Track and Report on Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Lead and Supervise the Sales Team: Foster a high-performing sales team through effective leadership and coaching.
  • Oversee Day-to-Day Sales Operations: Ensure efficient sales processes and optimal resource allocation.
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline: Optimize the sales pipeline to maximize conversions and revenue.
  • Manage the Sales Budget: Allocate and manage sales resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct Sales Meetings: Regularly meet with the team to discuss progress, strategies, and targets.
  • Provide Training and Coaching: Develop the skills and knowledge of sales team members through targeted training and coaching.

About You
 

You’re a fit for the role of Sales Manager, if you have the following required qualifications:

  • At least 10+ years of successful sales experience in professional B2B environments
  • A proven track record of sales success, driving fast growth, and consistently achieving performance targets
  • Previous sales experience in building a network business, selling software, hardware, or cloud services to businesses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • In-depth market knowledge and industry expertise
