Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

As a Sales Partner for Netflix Ads in Australia, you will play a critical role in shaping and advancing our agency-driven revenue strategy in one of the world’s most sophisticated and dynamic advertising markets.

You will be the primary strategic interface between Netflix and our Agency partners—responsible for elevating day-to-day collaboration, optimizing operational workflows, and strengthening long-term commercial relationships that unlock sustained revenue growth.

You will work closely with senior sales partners and account managers, as well as with cross-functional teams and the broader sales ecosystem within our Agencies and Media Reps. Your mandate includes driving transparent communication on sales performance, deepening the agency team's understanding of Netflix Ads products, and jointly developing scalable processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our go-to-market approach.

The ideal candidate brings a sophisticated understanding of Australia’s agency landscape, exceptional relationship-building capabilities, and a proven ability to negotiate complex, multi-year commercial agreements. You will operate as both a strategic advisor and a trusted partner—shaping how agencies position Netflix Ads to their advertisers and ensuring our solutions deliver meaningful business outcomes.

  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across agencies and Media Reps, including leadership in account management, planning, trading, and digital transformation.

Sales Acceleration & Product Evangelism

  • Drive adoption and understanding of the Netflix Ads platform capabilities within agency sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to position Netflix effectively with advertisers.

  • Develop and implement frameworks to streamline workflows and improve execution quality across briefing, planning, trafficking, measurement, and reporting.

  • Advocate for Netflix’s value proposition by leveraging audience insights, measurement assets, and premium content alignment to unlock new investment opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with internal teams—including Sales/Account Management, Marketing Partnerships, Ads Marketing, Measurement, Product—to ensure flawless campaign delivery and exceptional client experience.

  • Provide market and partner feedback to global and regional leadership to continuously improve our product, operations, and go-to-market strategy.

  • Monitor evolving market dynamics, regulatory changes, and competitive activity to identify emerging opportunities and risks.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in advertising sales, agency management, or media partnership roles within Australia’s advertising ecosystem.

  • Deep understanding of Agency structures, Media Rep business models, and advertiser decision-making processes in Australia.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic relationships with agency leadership and executing long-term commercial negotiations.

  • Ability to synthesize data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable strategies, revenue plans, and operational improvements.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders from day-to-day practitioners to C-suite executives.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate autonomously, make decisions quickly, and execute with entrepreneurial speed.

  • Passion for entertainment, technology, and the evolution of Australia’s advertising landscape.

  • Alignment with Netflix’s culture of freedom and responsibility

Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.
