Not many people can say they are working on building Australia’s future. With us you’ll be doing just that, leaving a legacy for all Australians. Plus, there’s equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.

A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Sales Program Manager reporting to General Manager Sales.

A bit about your role

As the Sales Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening strategic partnerships with Retail Service Providers (RSPs) and helping bring nbn products, solutions and initiatives to market. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders, you will develop and execute joint sales and marketing strategies, programs and campaigns that drive commercial outcomes, enhance customer engagement, and support sustainable growth across your portfolio.

In this role, you will lead the delivery and execution of account strategies and sales programs, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and agreed return on investment outcomes. You will leverage customer, market and performance insights to identify opportunities, shape go-to-market activity and influence sales and marketing priorities. Acting as a trusted partner, you will uncover valuable customer insights, translate them into actionable recommendations, and work closely across nbn to optimise outcomes for customers, partners and the business. You will also ensure programs are delivered in line with nbn’s quarterly planning cycle, maintaining a strong focus on performance, accountability and continuous improvement.

You bring strong commercial acumen, a customer-centric mindset and a passion for turning data and insights into meaningful action. Confident navigating complexity, you combine strategic thinking with a practical, outcomes-focused approach, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and contribute to long-term success. You are known for your collaborative and inclusive leadership style, your exceptional communication skills, and your ability to bring people together to achieve shared objectives while creating positive customer and business outcomes.

You may find that your experience does not match every requirement listed but, if this role has piqued your interest or resonates with where you are in your career, we encourage you to apply rather than self-select out.
