At Heidelberg Materials Australia, we're behind some of Western Australia's largest infrastructure, commercial and residential projects. We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges and creating new business opportunities. Previous industry experience is welcome but not essential. If you have a background in sales, account management, customer service, business development or a related field, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll manage an established customer portfolio while identifying opportunities to grow our business across the Perth metropolitan region. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll help deliver outstanding customer service, develop long-term partnerships, and contribute to the continued growth of Heidelberg Materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial outcomes.
  • Manage customer pricing and account performance.
  • Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Monitor market activity and project opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Achieve sales and margin objectives.

You'll Bring:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, account management or business development
  • Concrete sales experience will be highly regarded
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude with excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence
