Job Description

We are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our team, managing the Tweed Territory across the Queensland South Coast region. This exciting opportunity will see you servicing and growing a portfolio across Tweed Heads, Murwillumbah, and Currumbin, building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth within your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and build strong, long-term relationships with workshop customers across your territory
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare accurate quotes and confidently negotiate to secure sales opportunities
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on customer sales performance and growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all activities are conducted in a safe manner
  • Provide valuable market insights and contribute to competitive analysis

Qualifications

  • An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
  • Experience in a field based sales position, ideally within the automotive parts industry
  • Customer focused with strong time management abilities
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationship
  • Must have valid driver's license 
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Good attention to detail
