Your function:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our vendor, dealer, broker and direct channels. You’ll work closely with the front-line sales team to ensure smooth processing of transactions from application to settlement, helping drive new business volume and maintain strong partner relationships. This role is a vital extension of the sales team and reports to the Sales Support Team Leader.

Day to day:
Manage the end-to-end sales support process: applications, credit approvals, documentation, and settlements.
Act as the first point of contact for sales queries and provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to ensure timely and accurate deal processing.
Handle AML procedures and ensure compliance with Financial Economic Crime (FEC) requirements.
Monitor pipelines, follow up on pending deals, and proactively manage workflow.
Champion process improvements and digital adoption to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Your profile:
1+ year experience in sales or business support, finance, banking or administration.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel).
Tertiary qualifications are a plus.
