Job Description


About the Role 
 
As a Sales Systems Processing Specialist, you’ll support product fulfilment and sales systems administration for our Sales Operations function. A typical day will involve the management and processing of digital sales through CRM systems, ensuring accurate billing, product setup and delivery in line with customer agreements. 
Working closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Credit Services, Product & Technology teams, you’ll also support high-volume processing activities and assist with the investigation and resolution of sales systems enquiries.

What You'll Do 

  • Own the end-to-end processing of sales agreements, contract amendments and fulfilment activities, ensuring every order is accurate, compliant and delivered seamlessly.  

  • Keep our sales operations running smoothly by managing bookings, billing, product setup, data quality and high-volume processing across multiple platforms.  

  • Be the go-to expert for Salesforce and related sales systems, providing user support, maintaining records and resolving operational issues.  

  • Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Credit Services, and Product & Technology teams to investigate enquiries, solve problems and drive excellent customer outcomes.  

  • Contribute to continuous improvement through testing, projects and process enhancements, while consistently meeting SLAs, KPIs and compliance requirements. 

 
Ideally, You'll Have 

 
ESSENTIALS: 

  • Experience in data entry, administration or operational processing roles. 

  • Salesforce experience or experience working with CRM platforms. 

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking capability. 

  • Experience managing customer or stakeholder enquiries. 

  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes and technologies. 

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, particularly Excel and Google Sheets. 

NICE TO HAVES 

  • Knowledge of the real estate industry. 

  • Experience in billing, contract administration or fulfilment operations. 

  • Experience with Salesforce administration activities. 

  • Exposure to dispute resolution or customer issue management. 

  • Experience participating in system testing or project activities.
