So what?
We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to join our team. As a Sales Team Leader at BizCover, you will provide support to the Sales Team. As a key member of the Sales Leadership team the responsibilities for this role include: onboarding new staff, increasing sales, 1-1 coaching and mentoring, leadership and operational support. We are looking for an organised, customer obsessed, enthusiastic Team Leader who can inspire and motivate a team working in a fast-paced sale driven environment. We need someone who is a strong people leader who can manage a team of 10-12 individuals, someone who is prepared to have the difficult conversations when necessary. Someone who is firm but fair, who leads from the front with pride and a strong work ethic.
Management
- Completing agent related admin (holiday requests, system problems, on boarding etc.)
- Being a point of escalation for customer queries and potential complaints
- Support and implement recruitment, retention and career path strategies.
Sales
- Motivating agents to achieve KPIs and Targets
- Conduct regular review of all Sales Consultants performance and organise training sessions where necessary
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer experience and team productivity. Key areas include sales activity and conversion rate, sales process quality and efficiency opportunities
Operations
- Understand all organization’s products, services, procedures and guidelines and effectively communicate them to all team members
- Responsible for ensuring call centre SLA’s are met on a consistent basis – consultant metrics (dials, talk time and adherence)
QA & Compliance
- Overall accountability for service levels, effectiveness and compliance of the BizCover Sales team.
- Effect all consequent management of Sales Team arising out of the quality and compliance reviews.

Experience:
2+ plus years business insurance sales experience.
- Hybrid working model with flexibility to work from home and the office - 3 days a week from home 2 days a week in office based in Townhall
- If based outside of Sydney, you will work fully remotely
