Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to ensure
successful project outcomes.
Architecture Governance and Presentation Skills
Proven experience preparing and presenting solution designs, architecture
artefacts, and recommendations to governance forums.
Ability to engage with Transport governance bodies, including Architecture
Design Review Forum (ADRF), Architecture Governance Design Authority (AGDA).
Compliance and Assurance Support
Experience supporting and contributing to internal assurance and compliance
activities, including:
Cyber Security Assessments
Records Management Assessments
Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA)
Other governance, risk, and compliance reviews as required.
Demonstrated experience with enterprise CRM platforms such
as Salesforce.
Ability to design and integrate CRM solutions to support business processes and
customer engagement.
Database Design and Migration
Strong experience in Oracle database design, implementation, optimisation, and
migration.
Knowledge of database modernisation and migration best practices.
Data Architecture and Analytics
Experience defining and implementing data architecture solutions, including
data modelling, integration, governance, and analytics platforms.
Understanding of data management principles and data-driven decision-making
capabilities.
