Your Role & Team

The Salesforce Architect is accountable for maintaining high levels of, and enhancing the CRM Platform system experience - predominantly Salesforce stack - resulting in highly satisfied & engaged internal stakeholders.

This is a technical role focusing on Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) within the Salesforce Ultimate Edition ecosystem - you'll be integrating Spiff for sales commissions, our proprietary Product Platform and ERP. 

You'll report directly to the Head of Core Business Services in this role. Please note, it's a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions out of our Sydney CBD Office.

Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) solutions, mapping complex business processes (Product Catalog, Pricing, Quoting, Renewals, Amendments) into Salesforce.
  • Spiff Integration: Implement and configure Salesforce Spiff to automate commission calculations, ensuring visibility for sales teams and accuracy for finance.
  • Development & Customisation: Develop complex Salesforce customisations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Designer to provide efficient and well-integrated solutions.
  • Data Modelling & Architecture: Design robust data models for CPQ, Billing, and Spiff, ensuring seamless data flow between CRM, Product, ERP, and Data Platforms.
  • Leadership & Governance: Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers on best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to achieve growth and productivity.
  • Communication:Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving:Ability to collaborate and resolve technical challenges.
  • Leadership:Experience leading complex enterprise projects.
Our ideal candidate
  • Expertise in Salesforce UE & Revenue Cloud: Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Agentforce.
  • Salesforce Spiff: Proven experience in designing commission plans and automating commission calculations via Spiff.
  • Core Development: Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools.
  • System Integration: Expertise in API integrations (REST/SOAP) and connecting Salesforce with ERP systems.
  • Architectural Knowledge: Deep understanding of data modelling, security models, and governor limits.
