Profile Requirements:
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components with at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including data model, security, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience in building REST and SOAP-based APIs and integrating third-party systems with Salesforce.
- Experience with Service Cloud Voice, including implementation, configuration, and integration with telephony platforms (e.g., Amazon Connect or similar).
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Process Builder / Flow.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Developer Certification desired (Service Cloud or Service Cloud Voice accreditation highly regarded).
Core responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components, to meet specific business requirements and enhance overall system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to gather, analyze, and translate user needs into technical specifications and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including applying updates, patches, and upgrades, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and optimizing performance to ensure seamless operation and user experience.
- Design and support Service Cloud Voice implementations, including call flows, IVR configurations, real-time call transcription, and integration with telephony providers (e.g., Amazon Connect), ensuring a seamless omni-channel customer experience.
- Configure and optimise voice-enabled workflows within Salesforce to enhance agent productivity, call handling efficiency, and customer interaction tracking.
