We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead - Order to Cash to take ownership of our Salesforce architecture, integrations, and CPQ functionality as it relates to our order to cash process. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, billing solutions, and product catalog management, who can translate business challenges and changes in our pricing models into scalable technical solutions.


You will work closely with Revenue Operations, Finance and Engineering teams to ensure our Salesforce platform supports streamlined quoting, pricing, contract management, subscription management and billing workflows. You will drive enhancements, maintain best practices, and lead complex projects to improve automation, reporting, and integration with our broader GTM tech stack.

What will I be doing?

  • Serve as the Salesforce CPQ and Billing expert, ensuring accurate product catalog setup, pricing structures, discounting logic, and quote automation.
  • Work closely with Finance and Sales teams to resolve complex quoting, subscription management, and invoicing challenges.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and billing systems, ensuring accurate data synchronization and compliance with revenue recognition policies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and execute system improvements.
  • Own and optimize Salesforce architecture, ensuring system scalability, data integrity as it relates to billing. 
  • Lead projects to enhance Salesforce functionality, including workflow automation, process improvements, and custom development.
  • Develop and maintain best practices, governance policies, and documentation for Salesforce administration and development.
  • Provide training and support to ensure teams leverage Salesforce CPQ effectively for quoting, pricing, and contract workflows.

What do I need?

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, or architecture, with a focus on CPQ and billing.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing Salesforce CPQ, including pricing rules, product bundling, discounting, approvals, and contract renewals.
  • Strong understanding of subscription billing models, invoicing, and revenue operations in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, Apex, Flow, and automation tools to improve system efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Engineering to drive system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
