We’re now looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to lead the delivery of transformative Salesforce solutions and help our clients achieve meaningful outcomes—especially as we deepen our expertise in Agentforce and AI-driven service experiences.

Must-haves:
  • 3+ Salesforce certifications (Sales and Service Cloud Consultant are essential)

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and implementation best practices

  • Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus points if you:
  • Have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Are familiar with Agentforce and passionate about its potential to revolutionise customer service

  • Have worked in Agile teams (especially with Scrum)

  • Use data to drive insights and value-added recommendations
