You will work closely with Finance, Project Management, and Asset‑Intensive business units to support multi‑year capital programs, asset lifecycles, depreciation models, portfolio prioritisation, and scenario planning.

Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC Planning), SAP BPC, SAP Group Reporting, S/4HANA Finance, or SAP Capital Investment Management (IM/PS) is highly regarded.

This role can be based anywhere in Australia or New Zealand, with flexible remote or hybrid options.

Your tasks and responsibilities
  • Design and deliver SAP capital planning solutions, including investment planning, capital budgeting, multi‑year forecasts, and approvals workflows.
  • Build and enhance planning models in SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning) or other SAP EPM tools such as BPC or Group Reporting.
  • Configure capital planning processes including depreciation modelling, asset lifecycle planning, scenario analysis, and cash flow projections.
  • Work with Finance and Project/Asset teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP planning solutions.
  • Support reporting and analytics using SAC dashboards, S/4HANA data models, and Group Reporting structures.
  • Optimise planning processes, improve data quality, streamline workflows, and enhance forecast accuracy.
  • Document models, assumptions, planning cycles, and user guidance.
  • Support testing, cutover, deployment, and ongoing Aftercare services.
Your qualifications and experience
  • Experience in capital planning, financial modelling, enterprise planning, or FP&A.
  • Practical experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning), SAP BPC, SAP Group Reporting, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of capital project lifecycles, asset accounting, depreciation, and financial planning concepts.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO), Project Systems (PS), or Investment Management (IM) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with finance and operational teams.
  • Ability to deliver planning models for large capital portfolios and multi‑year investment cycles.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud financial planning features.
  • Exposure to asset‑heavy industries (energy, utilities, mining, construction, infrastructure).
  • SAP certifications (SAC Planning, S/4 Finance, BPC, Group Reporting).
What we offer
  • Work with SAP's latest cloud and planning technologies including S/4HANA, SAC, and BTP.
  • Flexible and supportive work environment — remote or hybrid.
  • Competitive remuneration and benefits including salary packaging and development programs.
  • Access to SAP certifications, structured learning, and continuous enablement.
  • Be part of a respected SAP Platinum Partner delivering major transformations across ANZ.

DyFlex is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace. We celebrate diversity and believe great teams build exceptional customer outcomes.
