Within our Enterprise Solutions team—spanning SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce—you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the platforms that underpin growth, resilience, and competitive advantage. This is a position for someone who not only understands enterprise technology deeply, but can communicate its value with clarity and authority.
The Opportunity - SAP ERP Solutions Architect
This role goes beyond architecture design. It requires a professional who can credibly engage and influence at CIO, CFO, and Executive Committee level, translating technical capability into compelling business narratives that resonate.
You will be equally comfortable structuring complex SAP environments as you are presenting transformation strategies to senior stakeholders, bringing presence, insight, and confidence to every interaction.
What You’ll Do

  • Define and lead the architecture for large-scale SAP transformation programs
  • Design end-to-end SAP solution architectures across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and integration ecosystems
  • Translate intricate business challenges into clear, scalable, future-ready solutions
  • Partner directly with C-suite and senior business leaders, aligning technology strategy to enterprise-wide transformation priorities
  • Play a key role in strategic pursuits, bids, and proposals—articulating solution vision in a way that builds trust and secures engagement
  • Provide architectural governance and technical leadership across complex delivery programs
  • Act as a visible leader within the practice, mentoring consultants and elevating capability

What Sets You Apart

  • Established experience as an SAP Solution or Enterprise Architect within complex, enterprise-scale environments
  • Deep understanding of SAP landscapes and cross-functional integration
  • A consulting background with exposure to major transformation programs and enterprise clients
  • Proven ability to contribute to pre-sales and solution shaping, with the confidence to lead conversations that influence outcomes
  • A natural ability to engage, captivate and persuade senior stakeholders, combining technical depth with commercial awareness
  • Professional presence and communication style that conveys credibility, clarity, and authority in executive settings
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
  • A pragmatic, outcome-oriented mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and change

Why This Role
This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of technology, strategy, and influence—where your ability to articulate complex ideas with confidence and precision is just as critical as your technical expertise. If you’re motivated by shaping transformation at scale, engaging senior decision-makers, and driving meaningful client outcomes, this role offers both the platform and the scope to do exactly that.
