Manages multiple technical workstreams within a large Microsoft ecosystem integration program. Responsibilities include Microsoft 365 tenant migration, endpoint and Intune transformation, security and compliance uplift, dependency and risk management, stakeholder workshops, executive reporting, financial management, and delivery against scope, budget, and timelines.

Develop and maintain pricing models, rate cards, templates, and cost models for IT service proposals, tenders, and renewals. Analyze profitability, margins, and commercial risks, provide recommendations, and support pricing governance and approvals.
