About the Role

 Our security practice is rapidly growing and need upcoming talent and experts in one or more of the following domains of security: InfoSec, Secure Architecture, Zero Trust, Cloud Security / DevSecOps engineering, and Penetration Testing.

 The work is varied, often crosses multiple domains, it is customer facing, and has short comms lines.  We expect our staff to be flexible and willing to help out other, sometimes there are opportunities to travel and do short engagements at other locations. Many engagements allow you to work some or all your time from home.  

 We want to make a difference in the ANZ market, helping our clients get more secure through technical security reviews, penetration testing, and training. We are genuinely interested in helping our clients become more secure, we are not a tick box organisation.

Please note we have opportunities available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. You will have to be a AU Citizen to be eligible to obtain Baseline clearance for this role.

 Key Requirements: 

  • Demonstrated high level of competency with various software, tools, standards, certs, frameworks (e.g. Kali, BurpSuite, Office 365, emacs, vim, git, programming/scripting, PowerBI, HIPAA, NZ/AU ISM, ISO, NIST, GDPR, OSCP, OWASP, CISSP, eWPTX, CRPT)
  • High ethical standards, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Excellent judgment, discretion and diplomacy.
  • Can conduct a penetration testing, secure configuration reviews, and technical security assessments. Capable of determining security test scope and acceptance criteria.  
  • Solid understanding of modern web and web-service architectures.  
  • Be proficient with a multitude of security-related tools, techniques, methodologies.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams. Executes security tests and provides clear and concise analysis of test results with recommendations.   
  • Have a solid understanding of a number of modern security controls. 
  • Possesses a solid understanding of modern application deployment methodologies and cloud infrastructure.
