As an SAP HCM Lead/Senior Consultant, you will leverage your functional and technical knowledge to help our customers establish best practices in SAP SuccessFactors.

This position will focus on payroll systems and their processes in leading the deployment and support of Employee Central Payroll - ECP. This role can be in a WFH setting hybrid setting with some travel required for key deliverables, or come and join us in one of our office locations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide best-practice HCM guidance on clients’ processes by analysing business requirements and developing effective configuration solutions evaluating the current payroll stream
  • Work as a lead on ECP and/or SAP Payroll implementation and support projects
  • Support customers in defining, redesigning and documenting business processes
  • Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritise gaps and design the implementation timeline
  • Build prototypes: implement the solution and test environment
  • Define the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution
  • Finalise configuration: migrate the solution to a productive environment, perform data migration activities, perform cut-over activities
  • Conduct knowledge transfer activities as training and support for customers for developing their skills.

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • At least five years of relevant experience in implementing SAP payroll solutions
  • Experience in payroll configurations
  • Expertise and ideally certification in SAP ECP, SAP HCM, SAP HCM payroll and SF to SAP HCM integration
  • Experience in Time and Attendance would be an additional advantage
  • Professional and committed to excel customer satisfaction even in challenging environments
  • Professional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral)
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task competing stakeholder requests
  • Innovative mindset to create and improve processes to successfully optimise at-scale
