About the Role

As a Test Manager / Project Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in delivering high-quality SAP programs by owning test strategy, planning, and execution, while also supporting broader project delivery outcomes. You will work closely with project leadership, functional and technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is ideal for an experienced Test Manager who brings strong project management capability, enjoys working across complex SAP landscapes, and thrives in a consulting environment.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end test strategy and execution across SAP programs, including System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, Regression and Cutover testing
  
• Develop and manage comprehensive test plans, schedules, entry/exit criteria, environments, and resourcing models
  
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional testing teams, including business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors
  
• Ensure alignment between project plans, testing milestones, and delivery timelines, proactively managing dependencies and risks
  
• Establish and maintain testing governance including defect management, reporting, RAID management, and quality metrics
  
• Partner with Project Managers and Solution Leads to support overall project delivery, scope control, and stakeholder communication
  
• Facilitate workshops to define test scope, scenarios, and business acceptance criteria
  
• Drive cutover readiness activities, including mock cutovers, data validation, and go-live readiness assessments
  
• Provide clear and confident communication to senior stakeholders on testing progress, risks, and mitigation plans
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by uplifting testing standards, tools, templates, and delivery capability across the organisation

Your qualifications and experience

• Proven experience as a Test Manager on complex SAP implementations, ideally within a consulting environment
• Demonstrated capability in project or delivery management, with the ability to balance quality, scope, time, and stakeholder expectations
  
• Strong understanding of SAP solution landscapes, including S/4HANA, integrations, and business process testing
  
• Hands-on experience managing UAT with business stakeholders, including non-technical audiences
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at senior and executive levels
  
• Strong organisational skills with a structured, pragmatic approach to risk and issue management
  
• Experience across Digital Core or Supply Chain solutions (e.g. Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement) highly regarded
  
• Familiarity with test management tools and structured delivery methodologies
  
• ISTQB certification, project management certification, or SAP-related training highly regarded
  
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for quality delivery and continuous improvement
