About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across large-scale SAP programs, with a strong focus on test automation using Tricentis Tosca. This role will drive the planning, governance, and execution of testing activities across complex SAP landscapes, ensuring high-quality delivery across System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, regression, and cutover phases.

You will play a pivotal role in embedding automation-first testing practices, leveraging Tricentis to improve efficiency, coverage, and repeatability, while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, structured delivery, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end test strategy and execution across SAP programs, including SIT, UAT, regression, and cutover testing
• Define and implement automation-first testing approaches, using Tricentis Tosca to drive increased test coverage, efficiency, and quality
  
• Develop and manage comprehensive test plans, including scope, schedules, entry/exit criteria, environments, and resourcing models
  
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional testing teams, including business users, SAP functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors
  
• Ensure alignment between project plans, testing milestones, and delivery timelines, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and issues
  
• Establish and maintain testing governance frameworks, including defect management, reporting, RAID management, and quality metrics
  
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Leads to support overall delivery, scope control, and stakeholder engagement
  
• Facilitate workshops to define test scope, scenarios, and business acceptance criteria
  
• Drive adoption and optimisation of Tricentis-based automation frameworks within SAP environments
  
• Oversee cutover readiness activities, including mock cutovers, automated regression cycles, data validation, and go-live readiness assessments
  
• Provide clear and confident communication to senior stakeholders on testing progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
  
• Champion continuous improvement by uplifting testing standards, automation capability, tools, and delivery practices across the organisation

Your qualifications and experience

• Proven experience as a Test Manager on complex SAP implementations, ideally within a consulting or large enterprise environment
• Strong hands-on or leadership experience with Tricentis Tosca (SAP test automation), including designing and implementing automated test frameworks
  
• Demonstrated capability in delivering automation-led testing strategies within SAP landscapes (e.g. S/4HANA, integrations, end-to-end business processes)
  
• Solid understanding of SAP solution architecture and business process testing across modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing
  
• Experience managing UAT with business stakeholders, including non-technical audiences
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence operating at senior and executive levels
  
• Proven ability to balance quality, scope, timelines, and delivery risk in complex programs
  
• Familiarity with modern testing tools, delivery methodologies, and quality engineering practices
  
• Strong organisational skills with a structured, pragmatic approach to risk and issue management
  
• ISTQB certification, Tricentis certifications, project management certification, or SAP-related training highly regarded
  
• A collaborative, outcome-focused mindset with a passion for quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
