We are looking for a passionate, money-driven and result-oriented senior Account Manager to be responsible for generating and nurturing multiple client accounts. The Account Manager's responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow his very own accounts and nurture his own pipeline.
To be successful a successful Account Manager, you should be able to manage and develop
your accounts/pipeline and ensure customer satisfaction and sales conversion.
Ultimately, an outstanding account manager should have strong communication, after sales and high-ticket account management skills, should be highly organized and accomplished at solving problems and keeping closed deals.

Account Manager Responsibilities:
· Nurture existing accounts.
· Win back previous accounts
· Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow his own accounts/pipeline
· Identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
· Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
· Drive client retention, renewals, up-sells and client satisfaction
· Drive VA (employee) retention.
Account Manager Requirements:
· Must have solid 3-5 years handling B2B account and pipeline management
· Strong client management skills
· Experience managing large account portfolios.
· Strong sales, business development and project management skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in CRM and other sales tools.
· Highly organized and solution oriented.
· Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
· Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure. and offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow his very own accounts and nurture his own pipeline.
