- Be the single liaison for cross-functional teams to collaborate on SDR campaigns and execution
- Collaborate with revenue marketing, field marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, sales, revenue operations, and SDR leaders on campaign requests, content, and results
- Manage the SDR outbound campaign calendar, prioritisation of campaigns and updates to stakeholders
- Work closely with the SDR leaders and SDR Operations to ensure campaigns and messaging are targeted at the right personas/accounts and track results on campaign conversion
- Update key stakeholders on messaging insights, campaign, and content performance, and results
- Responsible for the entire SDR Salesloft library and content strategy for your region (including all outbound and inbound use-cases)
- Create cadences, templates and snippets following best-practices while ensuring high conversion rates and low unsubscribes
- Audit content, analyse reply sentiment, and run A/B testing to ensure messaging, links and attachments are up-to-date and relevant
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to add additional content
- Define content for objection handling, competitive nuggets, vertical references, etc.
- Support the global SDR Trainers with local sessions on SDR process & best practices
- Create and update learning content to always align to new SDR tools, campaigns, initiatives etc.
- Support APAC Onboarding team with SDR-only topics & training sessions
- Ensure SDRs prospecting execution aligns with best in class strategy and intended SalesLoft cadences
- Tools Experience: Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Excel (or equivalent)
- SDR experience or a similar pipeline generation function
- Tools Experience: Zoominfo, LeadIQ, G2
- SDR Manager experience, content writer, Outreach/Salesloft administration, project management, any type of prior sales or marketing role involving prospecting at scale, any type of role requiring working cross-functionally
