The Online Research Unit (ORU) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our ambitious team in Sydney, Australia. As a Senior Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with world-class clients, develop strong relationships, and drive exceptional sales results.

Role/ Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Manager at ORU, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively communicating with clients and partners regularly, ensuring their needs are met and surpassed.
  • Assessing projects to determine their suitability for online studies and providing flawless pricing proposals
  • Attending client meetings and effectively managing client accounts
  • Developing comprehensive proposals and offering expert consultation to clients
  • Reviewing final deliverables for clients, ensuring exceptional quality before forwarding

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven track record in successfully managing client accounts and exceeding client expectations
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver projects on time
  • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with great attention to detail
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
