Job Description

MISSION:

Be a key contact for Credit Insurance and Services solutions between clients, brokers and Coface internal functions, responsible for renewing portfolio of accounts.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage strategic relationships with clients and brokers, ensuring compliance and providing product/service information
  • Resolve client issues and complaints, coordinating with internal departments for timely solutions
  • Handle contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and derogation requests as needed
  • Execute and improve commercial team processes, providing input to management for development
  • Prepare analytical reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Attract potential customers by answering inquiries and suggesting additional products/services

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Studies or related field with 5+ years' experience in business development/account management, preferably in financial/insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Broad understanding of key markets, their conditions, and competitor specifics
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, able to convey complex commercial situations to management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with digital tools
