Role Overview:
As Senior Manager, SMB Partnerships, you’ll lead the development and growth of Klaviyo’s partner ecosystem across Asia-Pacific. This is a highly strategic role combining team leadership, partner enablement, and market expansion.
You’ll be responsible for building out a high-performing partner team in Asia, managing our book of business in Australia & New Zealand (ANZ), and developing a reseller channel in Asia to accelerate regional growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who can scale Klaviyo’s presence across diverse markets while driving revenue through strong partner-led motions and introducing AI-first practices to enhance efficiency and impact.
How You’ll Make An Impact:
- Build, mentor, and lead a growing SMB partner team in Asia, ensuring both performance and career development.
- Own and expand Klaviyo’s ANZ partner portfolio, driving retention, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.
- Develop and execute a reseller channel strategy for Asia, enabling scalable market entry and expansion.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales, marketing, and product leaders to align partner activities with APAC go-to-market priorities.
- Establish scalable partner enablement programs to strengthen co-selling and partner-led revenue motions.
- Embed AI-first practices across partner workflows, enabling the team to work smarter, automate routine tasks, and scale impact as the business grows.
- Manage accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking across SMB partnerships in APAC.
- Build strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on business goals and measurable impact.
- Analyze partner performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to continuously refine strategy.
- Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development, with a focus on SMB or mid-market SaaS.
- Track record of building and managing partner teams and reseller ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of APAC markets, with experience in ANZ and Asia highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-driven operator with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and partner performance analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
- Demonstrable AI-first thinking: proven ability to identify, test, and implement AI-driven workflows that increase team efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient.

Our salary range reflects the cost of labour in the country where the job post is advertised. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
