Oversee bookkeeping, lead financial reporting, mentor junior staff, manage audit preparation, and support financial management systems implementation.
What You Will Deliver
- Oversee bookkeeping operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead month-end closing processes, delivering timely and accurate financial reporting to meet deadlines.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, driving team efficiency and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of financial management systems to enhance accuracy and streamline operational workflows.
- Coordinate audit preparation and execution, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines and corporate policies.
- Assist with any ad-hoc task as assigned by the supervisor.
Who You Are
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial processes and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is highly preferred
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently identify and implement process improvements.
- Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Finance Manager.
