What you will bring

  • Experience managing workforce mobility, immigration, relocation or talent deployment programs within a complex organisation.
  • Strong capability in workforce analytics and reporting, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with stakeholders across People & Culture, Talent Acquisition and business leadership teams to solve workforce challenges.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing mobility, relocation or international workforce solutions while balancing cost, compliance and employee experience.
  • A collaborative and accountable approach that aligns with CIMIC's principles of Integrity, Accountability, Innovation and Delivery, with Safety underpinning everything we do.
