  • Map customer journeys and identify product and process improvements.
  • Support quality assurance, solution testing and successful implementation.
  • Communicate complex requirements clearly and align stakeholders across the organisation.

You will bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience as an Agile Business Analyst, including significant experience in financial services.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, IT, engineering, data science or a related field.
  • Deep domain knowledge of credit cards and home loans, including their customer journeys, operational processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory, compliance and risk considerations across the product-delivery lifecycle
  • Proven ability to gather, prioritise and communicate requirements through user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
  • Strong data analysis, research, commercial and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with Agile and customer-centred approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, design thinking and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong communications, stakeholder-management and influencing skills.
  • Agile certifications, such as Scrum Master or Product Owner are desirable.
