We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Analyst with a passion for all things data to join our National Data Analytics team in Sydney.
Our data analytics team brings together multiple years of experience in diverse sectors focusing on delivering data-driven insights and analytics solutions to help clients optimise decision-making and drive business value. The team plays both a client-facing and an internal focused role, understanding business challenges and recommending tailored data solutions. Our DA team also advises on data strategy, governance, and AI readiness to support business transformation.

What will you do
- Analyse large datasets extracting trends and actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Build analytic models and develop business intelligence solutions to drive strategic decision-making.
- Design and implement data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI.
- Communicating findings and insights to managers/directors/partners through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Who you are
- 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science, with a data-driven problem-solving mindset and ability to derive measurable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis, along with knowledge of statistical methods and mathematical modelling.
- Experience using analytical and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI) to present complex data in a clear, user-friendly manner.
- Strong communication skills to translate data insights into compelling narratives and business solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Fabric) for handling large datasets.
- Knowledge of predictive modelling, machine learning, and AI techniques, with a proactive approach to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging trends.
