The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to take your transaction experience to the next level, gaining exposure to the full investment lifecycle while working alongside experienced infrastructure professionals.

The Senior Analyst, Infrastructure will be a key member of the Dexus Infrastructure team, you’ll play a key role in contributing to the due diligence, valuation and financial modelling of new investment opportunities, driving value across our investments within data centres, energy and transport and supporting asset divestment initiatives.

In this truly unique and rare opportunity, you’ll be supported by an exceptionally high performing team and leadership, giving you the opportunity to grow, be challenged and contribute to work that influences investment outcomes across the platform.

You will make an impact by:

• Developing detailed financial models to assess the risk and return of investment opportunities

• Presenting to Portfolio Managers on investment opportunities to ensure new transactions meet fund criteria while also supporting valuation analysis, funding processes, etc.

• Proactively engaging with advisors/market participants and undertaking industry research to support deal origination

• Supporting the senior team in conducting asset divestments

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years' experience from an investment banking, investment management or asset management environment preferably within the infrastructure sector; coupled with strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities. Along with your exceptional communication skills, you will demonstrate the ability to use initiative, make informed decisions and assume full ownership for completion of tasks. With a positive attitude, confidence, team spirit and a real knack for building diverse stakeholder relationships, you will see yourself thrive and grow in this role.
