We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our high-performing National Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets team in Sydney.
This is a rare opportunity to work on major industrial transactions within one of Australia’s fastest-growing commercial real estate sectors. You will contribute to high-profile sale campaigns, support capital transaction processes and work alongside market-leading professionals across brokerage, research, valuations and marketing.
As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering the analytical rigour, market intelligence and strategic insights that underpin successful transactions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead detailed financial modelling including DCF, sensitivity analysis and investment underwriting

  • Prepare high-quality investor and marketing materials including IMs, pitch decks and campaign collateral

  • Analyze market trends, comparable sales evidence and asset performance data

  • Support transaction execution, due diligence processes and data room management

  • Maintain transaction, property and investor databases

  • Deliver market insights and strategic analysis to support client engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery

About You

  • Degree qualified in Property, Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline

  • 3-5+ years’ experience within commercial real estate, investment banking or institutional investment environments

  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability, ideally within commercial property

  • Experience using Forbury or similar property cashflow modelling platforms highly regarded

  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exposure to industrial property or valuations highly regarded
