The Opportunity: Your Career-Defining Moment

The Sales Strategy & Operations team is the engine room of Okta’s growth. We don't just report on the business; we architect it. As a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager for the ANZ region, you will act as a strategic co-pilot to Sales Leadership. This role will also give exposure to strategic initiatives across APJ and Global Sales Operations.

This isn't a "back-office" role. This is a high-visibility position for a high-potential talent who wants to own the "How" and "Why" behind our go-to-market execution. Joining us in a time of rapid expansion across APJ, you will leverage the next frontier of technology to redefine what "operational excellence" looks like in the SaaS era.

How You Will Make an Impact1. Strategic Partnership & Sales Advocacy
  • Clear the Path: Partner directly with ANZ Sales Leadership to identify and dismantle friction in the sales process. You are the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring our reps spend less time on systems and more time with customers.
  • Drive the Business: Act as a trusted advisor, providing the insights, territory planning, and quota structures that empower leaders to hit their targets with precision.
2. Cross-Functional Ecosystem Orchestration
  • Unify the Power of Okta: Work across Partners, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure we are leveraging the full weight of the Okta functions. Your goal is to maximize outcomes not just for our employees, but for our entire ecosystem of prospects, customers and partners.
  • Operational Discipline: Lead the annual planning process for the sales organization, architecting headcount, territory design, quota planning, pipeline targets that reflect our ambitious growth trajectory.
3. Innovation through AI & Automation
  • Architect the Future: Move beyond traditional reporting. You will lead the charge in integrating AI and Agentic AI workflows into our GTM tech stack to automate mundane tasks and provide predictive insights for Marketing and Sales.
  • Optimize the Stack: Master and evolve our use of Salesforce, Gong, and Clari, ensuring these tools aren't just stand alone capabilities, but competitive advantages.
What You Bring to the Team
  • The Experience: 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a high-intensity business partnering role - preferably in SaaS (Sales Ops, Strategy Consulting, or Finance).
  • The Mindset: You are a "Superstar" self-starter. You don't wait for a playbook; you write it. You have a relentless curiosity and a desire to "own" your domain.
  • Problem-Solving DNA: You can take an ambiguous business challenge, break it down into a structured project plan, and deliver data-driven results under pressure.
  • Tech Literacy: Proficient in the GTM Stack (such as Gong, Tableau, Salesforce, Clari).  You are an AI-first thinker— you are always thinking about how to leverage the tech stack to improve efficiencies.
