What you’ll be working on
This is a hands-on senior role with real breadth. Day to day, you will:
- Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements, producing user journey maps and high-quality documentation across both business and technical domains
- Align with Group counterparts in other markets to maintain consistent global standards and share learnings across programmes
- Break complex epics into well-formed user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with UX/UI designers on wireframes and digital experience design
- Analyse current-state and future-state processes to surface gaps, recommend improvements, and contribute to new software features and system design
- Support QA, knowledge transfer, and end-user documentation to ensure smooth handover from delivery into BAU
- Contribute to project planning, risk and issue management, and programme-level reporting
What will help you be successful?
You are a confident, delivery-focused senior BA who is comfortable owning the requirements lifecycle end to end. You translate ambiguity into clarity, and you bring people along with you. Specifically, you will bring:
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Wealth management experience is essential
- A strong track record in financial services, you understand the compliance, operational, and customer dynamics of the sector
- The ability to distil complex information and present it clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike
- Proven experience in agile delivery teams, writing user stories that developers can act on without ambiguity
- Hands-on familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Miro, and Figma
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to facilitate cross-functional workshops
- Experience setting BA standards and supporting team members, you raise the bar for everyone around you
- Data analysis, mapping, or data migration experience is a distinct advantage
