We are Rokt, a hyper-growth Ecommerce leader.

Rokt is a global leader in ecommerce, unlocking real-time relevance in the moment that matters most. Rokt's AI Brain and ecommerce Network powers billions of transactions connecting hundreds of millions of customers, and is trusted to do this by the world's leading companies.

We are a team of builders helping smart businesses find innovative ways to meet customer needs and generate incremental revenue. Leading companies drive 10–50% of additional revenue — and often all their profits — from the extra products or services they sell. This economic edge unleashes a world of possibilities for growth and innovation.

Compensation
At Rokt, we practice transparency, which is why we have a well-defined career ladder with transparent compensation and career paths based on competency and ability.

Target total compensation for this role is between $223,000–$296,000, including a fixed annual salary between $120,000–$150,000 (inclusive of superannuation), target commission of $80,000–$120,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive - Partners
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rokt, you'll drive revenue by securing strategic partnerships with leading Australian ecommerce companies and helping them unlock new value from the Transaction Moment — the high-intent window from checkout through post-purchase confirmation. You'll be pitching ecommerce businesses on embedding Rokt's AI-powered platform into their transaction flow to create a new, non-dilutive revenue stream for their business.

You'll need to understand complex ecommerce ecosystems, navigate multi-stakeholder organisations, and position Rokt as a strategic platform partner — not a vendor. The buyers you'll engage are heads of product, heads of growth, commercial leaders, and technical decision-makers who care about API integration, customer experience impact, and incremental yield.

You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to bring tailored solutions to market. You'll develop deep expertise in the ANZ ecommerce landscape, becoming a trusted advisor who can speak credibly to senior commercial and technical stakeholders alike. Your ability to synthesise and represent customer feedback will directly shape our product roadmap.

We're looking for someone deeply curious, who leads with conviction and thrives when things move fast and change often.

What You'll Do

  • Own a revenue target and the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to complex enterprise closes with Australia's leading ecommerce companies.
  • Break into new enterprise accounts while expanding footprint within existing strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute vertical-specific GTM strategies, identifying high-value use cases for Rokt's platform across the Australian ecommerce landscape.
  • Become a trusted advisor to partners: understand their business deeply, craft tailored integration and commercial models, and co-innovate on the product roadmap.
  • Lead with clear recommendations based on industry expertise — don't present menus, present solutions.
  • Prioritise lighthouse accounts that can serve as category-defining references in the ANZ market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Applied AI teams to bring new solutions to market.
  • Develop sales collateral, proposals, and presentations that position Rokt's differentiated value as a platform partner.
  • Continuously refine sales tactics and share best practices. We win as a team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in ecommerce technology, SaaS, API-based solutions, or retail media/commerce platforms.
  • A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate dynamic stakeholder ecosystems — particularly within ecommerce businesses where you're aligning product, commercial, technology, and executive stakeholders around a platform integration decision.
  • Technical fluency: you can have credible conversations about APIs, data integrations, and AI/ML with engineering and product leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently and build connections from ICs to C-level executives.
  • A strategic, analytical approach to assessing the ANZ ecommerce market combined with creative, tactical execution.
  • A "roll up your sleeves" mentality — you bring order to chaos and aren't above doing what needs to be done.
  • Genuine excitement about AI, ecommerce innovation, and building something that matters.

Benefits

We're building a world-class company and we invest in our people accordingly:

  • Equity in Rokt — every employee becomes a shareholder.
  • Catered lunch daily and healthy snacks in the office, plus gym membership on us.
  • Extra leave including bonus annual leave and sabbatical leave.
  • Transparent pay, with clear progression paths and a quarterly/biannual promotion cycle (level dependent)
  • Access to our development program, providing opportunities for funded and structured internal coaching, courses, and training to support your career growth.
  • See the World - offices in New York, Seattle, Sydney, Tokyo, and London, and annual trips abroad for Global Kick-Offs.
  • Less busy-work, more time with customers: Rokt is invested heavily in automating the low-value, administrative tasks sellers spend their time on, allowing sellers to spend more time with customers.

How We Work

We believe we're better together and teams are in the office four days per week.

We also get that you need to balance your life and your commitments so you have the flexibility to manage your own hours around team and customer commitments.

Rokt is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. Equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants without regard to race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

If this sounds like the right role for you, apply here and you'll hear from our recruiting team.
